Corrections, suggestions and questions about the guide all go to one address, read by the editorial team that writes these pages.

Before you write

What we can and cannot help with

QitketsQat is an editorial guide, not a service desk. That keeps us independent, but it also means some requests are better sent elsewhere.

Happy to hear from you

Write to us about

A date, distance, name or route on our pages that is wrong or out of date
Topics, venues or practical questions you think the guide should cover
An image credit, including requests from photographers about their own work
Accessibility problems with the site itself
Questions about your data under our privacy policy

Outside what we do

We cannot help with

Match or event tickets, seat reservations, hotel stays or tour bookings
Entry permits, travel documents or other official paperwork
Refunds, lost property or complaints about a venue, event or operator
Personal itineraries or travel agency services
Advertising, sponsored content or paid links

For these, the official venue, event organiser, transport operator or government website is the right place to ask.

Getting the most from your message

If you are reporting an error, tell us which page it is on and, if you can, where the correct information is published. A link to an official source saves us time and gets the fix online sooner.

For questions about a photograph, the image credits page lists every file with its author, its licence and a link to its page on Wikimedia Commons, which is the quickest way to identify it.

The contact form does not send anything by itself. When you press the button, your own email program opens with your message, name and address filled in, and nothing leaves your device until you send that email. If no program opens, write to info@qitketsqat.online directly. We use your address only to reply; the privacy policy explains how long we keep correspondence.
